customers-screen layout per activity/account group

Hi Gurus!

I need to set up the screen selection per activity and account group.

I need extra "display only" fields on the customer change, and in a standard way i can do it but it will affect all account groups.

Is there any workaround???

Hi,

The better way you can do is copy one account group say 0001 Sold to party and save as another name say Z001 client name Sold to party and do the changes... and ask everybody to create the master records with that account group...

Hi!

it is not what i want.

I do not want to maintain any entries.

I already have ZE0* account groups specially for Europe, and US use Z00*.

That's why i cannot use transaction-dependent screen layout. It will affect all customer account groups that are set up.

It will be the same even if i start copying the standard accounts again.

The thing that i need to have the particular fields mandatory in XD01 and display only in XD02 withing the same account group (not affecting the others). So once the value entered, it will remain unchangeable.

This can be achieved by extra feilds feilds in the customer master data...

GO to XD02 customer change.....

Company Code :

Sales Area

General

Each Tab go to Extra --> Additional data....

This will show maintainble feilds in the master data.

This can be maintained from....

SPRO>SD>Master Data-->Bussiness Partners -->Customer -->Sales -->Maintain reserve feilds for customer master.

You can then use the same in the customer records and maintain conditions for the same.
