SNOTE Problem

Hi Experts,

When am executing SNOTE tcode, it displaying in the bottom, "unable to find SAP note that meets specified criteria" and in main screen it showing as a ROOT.

i want to implement the SNOTE. kindly tell me what to be done? ECC 6.0 Version SAP, Oracle 10g, SuSE Linux environment.
