Committed date & qty

Former Member

Hi,

We would like some function that if we committed the date and qty, it will not change ( no matter change on PO or Production Order later on )

so the customer feel certain commitment.

If we run availability check,the schedule line date can be edited.We want to fix this schedule line date ie.in grayout mode on committed.

How this requirement can be met?

Pls guide.

(now every day the confirm qty and date are changing due to change in Inventory, PO, Production ordre....etc.)

Hi;

In sales order overview you can maintain the _required delivery date_ as mandatory field which is directly inputs the schedule line date. This is customer commitment date.
