Sir,

How to calculate the cost of quality testing charges in product cost.

Plz. Guide me in detail with T-codes.

Hi Abha,

QM order type QL01 and QL02 are used to calculate the QM appraisal costs like material,labour,machine cost etc.

Order type QN01 is used to calculate the non confirmity cost like scraprework etc.

The inspection type wqill have the order type in customizing. Hence when the inspection lot will be created the QM order will be generated based on the order type maintained in the inspection setup.
