Hi,

Goto MC21

Create new infostructure...

give name S501 to S999 (any one in between)

then you go inside

select the characterictics i.e it means those fields on basis of whioch u want a report i.e based on Sales ord, Dist chanel, Div, Sales orderno. , material etc or combination of them

now slect the key fields from list as to what result fields to be displayed from the characterisitvs given

then save and then generate

generation log to be all green .. i.e no yellow or red lights ...

check it as it is very imp

now go to MC24 ... Update rules

Give both rules --- OTC as well as returns ...

for each update group ... check the charac and key figures i.e the tables and events ....

date table and field is very imp ...

leave routines, formual for now as it may become complex only fill event, Unit , Table, date fields

then save it

then goto to Update rulke for sales ... Order type, item, del header, bill head, item , cust , mat and also do assigment at header and item level

take one or two cust and 2 mat and give stat grop to them and do some transactions

then goto MCSI transaction give yr infostructure name and excecute ..

u will get a report as desired by you
