Hi Experts

I would like to know the future of SAP QM module ,will it be safe for anyone to continue with the QM module ?

I would like to switchover to SAP QM.Pl.advice

Hi Jagadeesan,

PI means 100% QM is required. Hence QM is having good future. Please go ahead.

Hi jegadeesh,

All the modules are having equal importance, this is the statement of most of the people.

But, in real time, the companies are using only modules like FICO, MM, SD and PP.

Some companies will go with only FICO, MM and SD only they omit PP also.

The module QM is having somewhat low importance.

It is depending upon the company, project and client only.

As of QM module is a linear one but the same time very large organizations are implementing QM module. As one friend said all the pharma companies are using QM module. That is mandatory at there.

So the demand of the QM consultant is very high. you will be placed wtih a handsome package.

Finally jegdeesh, You learn PP module also, that will let you to great highs.

Now a days PP/QM consultants are earning more than any other SAP consultants. It's a Fact.

Hi,

The modules of logistcs all are equally important, you cannot say this module is good or that module good.

Every module has its own imporatnce with respect to the type of industry. All industries like Pharma, Chemicals, Process, food, etc etc QM module is mandatory for them.
