Can we assign multiple projects to one appropriation request?(urgent)

Can we assign multiple projects( Not WBS elements )to same appropriation request?......

Please throw some light on what is the logic behind assigning multiple WBS elements to an appropriation request

You should make the project with CJ01, CJ20N or another t-code and after you have created a project, try to asign the WBS of level 1 to the apropiation request, you only can create one project directly from this apropiation request.
