One Item in Two Boxes

Here's a scenario and am looking to find out if there is standard functionality in SAP to support this or else what solution can be used for this.

There are two products (one is serialized, the other is not). The unit has to be packed in 2 boxes under one serial#.

Hi...

Yes u can do it ..

Look products have serial no. and other has not so u r going to pack them in 1 Box ... in SAP box is a packing material i.e a handling unit so activate serialising procedure HUSL in serail no. profile so that u can generate serial no. ofor boxes seperately .. i.e serial no. for handling unit which will be different frm product serial no.'s...

I.e in short serial no.s' for Handling units
