Hi all,
We have an issue with an external catalog that occurs only with integrated ITS. It works fine in external (standalone) ITS.
Nothing comes back into the shopping cart for integrated ITS.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks,
Nancy

Hi Disha,
Let me provide more information. We currently have about 10 punch-out catalogs that are working properly in both standalone ITS and Integrated ITS. This is a new punch-out supplier that works correctly for standalone ITS and not Integrated ITS. We have configured the supplier in two different development boxes to rule out any issues with Integrated ITS. There are no error messges returned from the punch-out catalog and when the shopping cart screen is re-displayed after the return from the catalog, the item does not transfer. We also have the code in the CATALOG_TRANSFER BADI to display the OCI information and that BADI is not being triggered. We have looked at the hook URL from the supplier and it is no different than other working supplier catalogs. This is the hook url that works for standalone and not integrated. For security I replaced the web address with 'x'.

Hi,
Please activate the BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER BADI and check the log in SLG1.
https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/487917
Also check this link for the settings :

For triggering the badi, see this very good thread :

Hi Disha,
Please re-read my previous post. We already have the OCI data tracked in the CATLALOG_TRANSFER BADI and the the supplier's hook URL works fine in standalone ITS. The
OCI information can be viewed in SLG1. However with Internal ITS we are not getting that far. In fact we are not getting back to the SRM application.

Nancy
