Hi,

Cross selling is used mainly in FMCG Sector. Using this u can sell aproduct in combination of others..

Tcode is VB41.

U have to assign cross selling profile in sales tab page of customer master data.

Hi

Cross sales is the sales of material from one company code plant to customer of other company code.

Here customer is setup to company code X and plant is connected to company code Y. The material is extended to that sales org of customer has delivery plant of company code Y.

Once the unit is sold there is inter company sales between X aand Y and hence there is intercompany invoice created and one more invocie for customer from company X.

cross selling is used mainly in FMCG companies it was just like dumping products at customer level, suppose if a customer orders for 10 cases of material "X" along with that some 5 cases of material "Y" also determined, inorder ot configure that go to spro->sd->basic functions---->cross selling and do the configuration its like a conditon technique, and in tcodeVB41 we maintain conditoin records for cross selling.
