There is synchronous scenario in which most of the messages are taking a long time in pipeline step HTTP_SEND. However this is not true for all the messages for this interface as there are few messages which gets processed in 1second.
Does anyone know what exactly happens in the pipeline step HTTP_SEND? Could it be because of network issues?
If I want to troubleshoot what would be the right way of doing it?
