Update group in credit mg.-urgent

Hi folks,

where do we assigne Update group in credit management to automatic credit control.

is there any Tc. for it.

Dear Friend,

GO to Enterprise structure > Fi>Create controlling area ...

you will find the Controlling area which is assigned to the Update group .

Generally all companies use update group 00012

Now See the same is taken from here to the Automatic credit controls screen.

TC: OVA8 open one group this setting carried from there.

HI Sourav,

You an goto Sales & Distribution->Basic functions->Credit Management/Risk Management->Credit Management->Define Automatic Credit Control

Inside that choose your Credit control area and go inside the details.

There you can define the Update group at the top right.

Otherwise you can use TCode OVA8 for the same.

Hi

We assign the update group in OVA8 tcode. Here for a credit control area, crd grp and risk category we define the setting for auto credit control . here we assign the credit update grp.

Dear Sourav,

The Update group is enter in the credit control area detailed screen,from here it will come to credit management automatic credit control.

Menpath is IMG>Enterprise structure>Definition>Financial accounting>Define credit control area-->select Credit control area ,go in to details there you can find field called Update

Transaction code OB45
