Hi,

In inprocess inspection you can do UD. But goods movement will not happen.

For SFG you may have assigned 03,04 insp types for the last operation. For last opn only 04 ins type will work.

After giving UD system showing the stock in MMBE means it is 04 ins type. But your problem is this stock is reserved.

Parent order ie, FG order if you released, the dependent requirement gets reserved.

So SFG reserved against parent order. This is not a problem.

Even now you can issue the SFG to this parent order or some other order also.

Hi,

Are you able to see the insp lot in QA32?

If insp lot is not created , check whether you have activated 04 insp type after creation of production order. In that case you may not get the insp lot.

What is the status of production order?

Hi

In QA32 i am not finding inspection lot for FG1.

I activated 04 inspection Type in QM view of material master of FG1.

The production order status of FG1 is "REL PCNF PRC CSER MANC SETC"

Hi,

" REL PCNF PRC CSER MANC SETC"

Seeing your order status you are not done goods receipt. Do goods receipt by MB31. Inspection lot will create.

After that check in QA32 , you can find the lot and make UD.

Hi,

Inspection lot with Lot origin 03 (Production) is not stock releveant and Lot origin 04 (Good receipt from production) is stock relevant.

If you want to have the stock movement through Quality , you need to have 04 insp type & it will have insp lot with stock posting tab , thro which you can do the stock posting as required.

Ref the file in link below for more details.
