Adapter development kit

Hi all.

I am looking for a link or documentation on adapter development.

I have tried:

I am also trying to find a place to download this ADK (adapter development kit)

Hi Rodney -

I can at least point you to the java documentation for adapter development and sample adapter. They are included in the Adapter Framework.

On your XI system or decentral adapter engine, go to the following directory:

usr\sap\<SID>\<DVEBMGSXX> OR <JCXX>\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.aii.af.sample.ra\connector\connectors\sample_ra.rar

There you'll find a 'sample_ra.jar' file. Extract the archive and access the 'index.html' for the docs.
