Doubt in selection variable.

hi all,

i have a selection variable ( user entry/default value, selection option, mandatory, ready for input) which i am using in two different queries.

When i am trying to enter values for variable using selection option, in one query it is showing the possible entries which are present in the info provider on which the query was built,(this query is build on multiprovider with one ODS)

but in the second query it is not showing the data present in the info provider instead it is showing some other entries which are present in the master data,(this query is build on multiprovider with one CUBE)

What could be the reason for this?

thanks for the reply,

i have gone through the notes, i tried to change the "query def. filter value selection" in Business Explorer tab in info object maintaince but that option was disabled for any changes.

how can i change it now.

I hope you tried changing it after going to the change mode. Please check it once again because there should not be a problem while changing this option.
