MCTA - Export XXL problem

Hi guru,

When from TCODE MCTA or MCTE I try to export in XXL, when it is opened excel I have of the empty fields. Before carrying out a upgrade to the 470 it worked all. On what it can depend and as I can correct error?

SAPGUI 640

I have update the GUI but null. In practical it does not fill up the first 4 rows/column but only the first column with heading and the rest of the data. What can be?
