Service sesk-Service level aggrement(SLA)


We already configured Service desk

for the Transaction type SLFN in

Solution manager 4.0.But We want to

configure SLA(Service level agreement)

for the transaction type SLFN .But I am

not getting path where to configure in

Solution manager 4.0.

Plz Suggest.
