kindly check the settlement receiver in the order and also check whether the settlement receiver you have specfied in order is allowed for settlement in settlement profile for your order type in IMG settings
Go to OIOA (Config order type) here you check that which settlement profile u have attached and then check in that settlement profile wheather the receiver which u r giving in order settlement is optional or not in
