Adjust value of variable WHR_SIZE as per SAP note 136039.

Hi ,

I am having problem in taking report( RCOPCA02 (transaction KE5Z)).

I would like to adjust value of variable WHR_SIZE as per SAP note 136039.

Could you please let me know where can I adjust this variable.

As per Note ,the threshold value is stored in variable WHR_SIZE and is set to a default of 50 by SAP. I want to adjust this value to database as a modification.

Quick response would be appreciated.

Hi , Thanks for quick reply.

I am using 4.7 version and Sql server 2000 database.

I have checked note 212964 , but I thought of change value for WHR_SIZE variable if applicable

Hi,

I dont think you should be changing the WHR_SIZE variable as suggested by you as your SAP version is much higher than that specified in the SAP Note.

I would rather take a chance with SAPNote 212964 to resolve the issue.

Hi,

136039 is not relevant with your release of R3.

no need to change the value at database level.

report RCOPCA02 contain following value

DATA: whr_size TYPE i VALUE 50,"Maximum of single values per MIC 46a

no need to change this value this value are same upto ECC 6.0

if you still change this value concern with SAP.

Hi

As per Note ,This note is Valid to SAP _APPL support package 25 , but my system is having 22 .

Can I apply this note wothout having support package level of 25 ? will that work ?

Notes are saying modify the program , so I thought of edit the programs as per note with out upgraing SAP_APPL support package to 25 from 22.

notes contain correction either you can apply support package or sap note using tcode snote.
