WBS to WBS revenue

Hi

As per my scenario we have separate WBS elements for Proj , mfg and etc.say WBS1 is geeting project for the worth of 50 crore.It will be given to another unit (within same org.) WBS2 for doing that work 35 crore.Say WBS2 spends only 30 crore for this work and it billing 35 crore to wbs1.In revenue report it displays each WBS wise revenue correctly.But when look into overall structure it displays duplication. How to solve this?

Hi,

I think your scenarios is intercompany billing process. In the project strcture there will be different company code / plant etc such as supply & recevier for WBSE. There will be two invoice from the sale order such as customer invoice & intercompany invoice. By this way revenue of supply WBSE will become cost to parent WBSE. This is standard process in SAP. You can refer IDES example of Turbine on this scenarios. Please refer the URL for intercompany biliing process.
