Cost Centre and WBS assignments to users

Hi Gurus,

I am using SRM 3.0 and ECS.

I want to restrict the Cost Centres and WBS codes assignment to list of users (which I have) i.e User A can only use CC#XXXXXX and this CC or WBS can not be used by other users in the Org structure and users A can not use other CCs and WBSs.

Is this possible? Yes we can assign CCs and WBSs for default in org Strucutre but Can we restrict selection of CCs and WBSs to list of users?

Please suggest.I will reward full points.

Hi Gopesh,

I think you have assigned all the WBS and cost centers in the Org . structure at a much higher level than required which is creating this problem.

In PPOMA_BBP txn. please assign the cost center and WBS attrbutes at user level and not at the P.Org / P.Group or Co. code level.

Once you assign these attributes at user level, the user can not have access to other cost centers and WBS elements and can not use them as those were not assigned to them.

Hope this will definitely resolve your issue. Clarifications are welcome.
