Greetings.
We developed a custom PCR form in ECC 5.0. We used the ISR Comments from ISR Control Library to create the previous comments and new comments fields, the same as SAP out-of-box forms. However, the difference between our form and SAP forms is that the new comments on our form are stored in the QMTXT field of notification table QMEL, but for SAP forms, the PCR description is being stored in QMTXT field. We want our form to behave the same way as SAP forms.
Can anyone help to clarify if we miss any configuration step.
