Start conditions - Actions

Hi,

I will make a start condition for an action, that starts when the current date is greater than the Date the message was created plus 1 hour.

Can anyone give me a little bit help to solve this problem, cause I tested a few hours now and it doesn't work how I would...

Hi @all,

i answered my question by myself, but now I have an other question/problem:

I make an action which has the status "Not processed" - and I will start this by the report "RSPPFPROCESS".

As start condition I have 2 conditions: The First one is a time which have to be elapsed, the second one is that the status of the message is not been "Confirmed".

Now, when i start the report "RSPPFPROCESS", i get all the not processed actions. And when the report tries to start the one which is confirmed, i get an error "The application object is locked" - how can I manage the report, that a locked one isn't proceded?
