Your question is extremely broad and difficult to provide a few line reply to it, can you be more specific with exactly what you wish to integrate? i.e. do you wish to integrate product master data transfer from ERP to SRM_SERVER? In this case you can use the Middleware to replicate your products from ERP to SRM, this is also of course dependant on additional configuration established in IMG for definition of backend systems etc.
Perhaps if you can elaborate on exactly what it is you are looking to integrate it will be easlier to answer your question.
