Hi Kaushal,

I have made settings as per these Sap notes. I am able to print preview the document in adobe reader but I am not able to print them.

I created a new output type .

I am using device type EPESCP9 , Host Spool Access Method 'G' and Host Printer __Default.

When I am printing a document for ex. Excise Invoice the spool request show status as <F5>

Please help .

Hi,

If you see <F5>, then there are multiple output requests with varying statuses. Press Output requests to display the status information.

can you provide the log from output request.

EPESCP9 is your dot matrix printer. EPSON ESC/P 9-pin printer

are you able to print on that without java gui?

kaushal

Hi,

Yes I am able to print without sap gui for java.

When I am printing from sap , the spool request shows status as Waiting. On double clicking the status Waiting, the status is shown as 'Waiting for output formatter'.

Vinod
