No Adobe Form Is Assigned to the Scenario

Dear all ,

when i generating forms in Personnel ManagementEmployee Self-ServiceCompany Information--Edit Form for Code of Business Conduct,

Here i made new Z Scnario, in that new scnario i made form in SFP as well as Interface also when i am Generation system showing Error "An error occurred when generating the Adobe Form " pls tell process to generate Form in scnario,

As well as when i Executive pcr in Portal level sysytem showing error "No Adobe Form Is Assigned to the Scenario"

Pls Help me,

Please check your ADS settings. This happens when the ADS is not configured. Also check your ADS password.

are you sure, your ADS is configured & running?

First error, makes me believe, there's still an error. Try to dstart report FP_TEST_00 in SA38 in your HCM-backend

Second error is related to missing customizing. Check transaction QISRSCENARIO and maintain an PDF-Form to your wanted scenarios.

As per the discussion i checked data i already configuration i d,t think so it is a config problem may be it is Adobe forms problem, pls tell me any options

System shoing error There is No Adobe Form Is Assigned to the Scenario means, I think in adobe forms Problem tell me who will make it Adobe forms ,

what i made scnarios everthing displying in portal level when i exu the scnaris system showing Error

2. Check ICM is running(SMICM)

Hi

do the following

1.logon to R/3 HR System with r/3 user credentails

2.execute the transaction code SMICM

3.There you can the find status of ICM ,it should be green.if it is not running ,then start it.

if you don't have any idea about SAP R/3 System. ask your Basis people to check this.

I check it is working fine Tell me any otherway, what i done scnarios it is diplaying in portal level, but when i assin system showing error i am not able to generate any forms in particulat scnarios pls tell me any proble in configaration are any problem in forms , i think forms only problem as per my exp ,

Even when i genarate forms particulat scnarios byi default delit forms Context in forms T-code sfp,

pls tell Dear what is a problem how i can solve that proble,

i need ur help pls help me,

Hi Bala Chowdary,

did you find any solution to this.

In my case as well same thing is happening. in case of PCR the adobe form is assigned to the scenario and it is working in the development client and not in the production i am also getting the Error No adobe form assigned

I checked the SPRO node define scenario where the form name is mentioned and it is correct.

we are on ECC6.0 & EP7.0

Dear friend,

Check it Adobe forms first because if may be delited Inteface, if inface is not there same error showing system , what u can do . just activate in Development server adobe forms T code SFP, as well as activate forms and Interface after just U can assin Forms and interface in particular scanrios , But d,t Generated Then u will Check it in portal level , it should be work, if it is not working No
