Spool Print Specs

Hiya

I have some programs and when ther run a spool is generated. In these spools there are different print specifications. For example, delete after 4 days, etc.,

Is there a way to find out all the print specifications, with respect to the spool of that particular program/report/document.

I got this one. one can change the setting while running any program in background... by going to properties
