Hello Shiva,

Occurence:

Occcurence is just a counter to track the number of times the given XML tag can occur in the XML file generated at the integration engine pipe line.

0 to 1 Occurence : Occur 0 times minimum, and once at the max.

0 to Unbounded : Mean it can occur 0 times or as many times.

1 to 1 : It is mandatory for the field to occur atleast once and it cannot occur more times.

1 to unbounded: when a field appears atleast once and can have many occurances too.

Reward Points If This Info is useful to you..

Thanks,

Hi Siva,

we can define occurrence both for nodes and fields as well.

0 -- 1: It is not a mandatory field or node i.e. it(field or node) may not occur. And it (field or node) can occur at max. one time within its parent node.

0-- un, It is not a mandatory field or node i.e. it(field or node) may not occur. It (field or node) can occur any number of times within its parent node.

1—un, It is a mandatory field or node i.e. it must occur once within it’s parent node. It(field or node) can occur unlimited times within its parent node.

1—1: It is a mandatory field or node i.e. it must occur once within it’s parent node. It(field or node) can not occur more than once within it’s parent node

Hi shiva,

0--1 occurance to a field means the field may occur min 0 to max 1 time within its parent node.

0-- unbounded occurance to a field means the field may occur min 0 to unlimited times within its parent node,

--->The above to cases denotes an optional field.

1--unbounded occurance to a field means the field will occur min 1 to unlimited times within its parent node,

1--1 occurance to a field means the field will occur exactly single time within its parent node

--->The above to cases denotes a mandatory field.

Please reward points.
