New Personnel Area

Hi friends,

I have created a new personnel area according to clinet requirement. But when iam testing that , iam facing a problem.i,e I did find that the info groups for the termination action aren’t set. For an example, the info groups for the termination are IT0000, IT0001 and IT0041 but when I perform the termination action for new personeel area it stop at IT0000.

I have done all the changes which has to be do for the new personnel area....

Please help me in this.......

and in T529A check whether u have given MSN20 for terimination and ur operations shd be delimit

Thank you very much for your reply, i have checked T529A, setting were fine.

In Info group, i have only IT0001, 0014,0211,0077. there is no IT0000, is that is the reason IT0000 is not reflecting, and IT0001-org. assignment operation in COP mode.

plese let me know, is there is necessary to chage the COP to LIS9 (Delimit). because all these are implemented long before. and till now every thing is working fine untill i have created a new personnel area??

Please clarify this...

Hi,

It is not necessary to delimit the 0001IT, COP is fine.

But do include IT0000 in your infogroup.

one more thig the infotypes shd come in an order

while going for personal actions 000 is must

Also u make sure that u have copied an existing personnel area rather creating a new one

Hi,

Check if you have included your Info Group in your Personnel Action in T529A under the column IG. If you have done that check if your termination Action is working properly for other Personnel Areas.
