Regarding Transports.........

Hi all

I am new to Transports in Sap,I tried to transport a program

from 800 to 900 client ...even the result was showing as

successful but where to check the program in 900 client.?

also any information regarding transports (say from one server

to another server) is accepted .....

Hi,

you can go to tcodes SE38 or SA38 to check if the program is existing or not.

you can use se01 and type the request and click on display logs here you can see all the logs.

Hi,

As you have transported a program which means you have transported a workbench request because programs are repository objects.There is no point to transport to different client in the same system because repository objects are client independent.IF you have tranpsorted to a different system then you can see whether it is transported or not in stms you can also check the status there in stms.If you want to check the program just try executing this in the client in which you have transported.
