Dear SD Gurus
In reason for rejection customising settings, there is a control for Statistical Values. F1 help says:
Statistical values
Indicates whether the system takes the value of an item into account when it determines the total value of a document.
What does this mean?

It means if u want or not the value of the Rejected Item to be taken into consideration.
Sometimes the client will like to know the value of the whole doc. but as the posting will be statistical it will not be printed in the invoice.
Hope it helps

hi,
the basic meaning of keeping the reason of rejection as statistical value is
1.to ignore its effect in the total relevant value or importance.
2.and also the secondary use is to just put it for only reference purpose.
basically these reasons for rejection are for analysis purpose, so as to understand what is the exact reason for rejection of a particular material and what to do in order to stop that rejection in further business use.

Siddharth

Hi,
say out of four line items each being sold at 100 Rs, the value is 400 Rs. Now if one of the material is rejected, it makes sense not calculate that to the overall value and just keep it as statistical.
