1-igswd exe IGS Watchdog is running
2-disp-i-work dispatcher is stopped
3-msg server message server is running

Did you right click on the exe in your MMC. What did you get there? If you are new, nothing wrong in it, but you can provide all the possible information, atleast whatever you see!!!!

Now Right click on disp-i-work (The grayed out process) and select Developer Trace. Copy and paste the developer trace here.
Do in ur instruction nothing will be happen same proeblem will be there.
