Did you already created the ticket, where this problem was reported?
2) Additional information needed to get clear on the reported issue:
What is the version of the liveCache LCA on the server domain?
Do you have the liveCache & APO running on the same server?
What is the version of the liveCache client installed on the application servers?
What is the version of your system?
What is the version of the Basis SP installed on your system?
Did you test the liveCache connection LCA in /ndb59?
< It will be helpful to see the log. >

Hello Gerardo Navarrete,
1) You are running the LiveCache instance.
=> You are SAP customer
As SAP customer you have the option to create the OSS ticket, therefore we could
logon to your system via OSS and take a look closer on the reported issue.
Please create the ticket to the component 'BC-DB-LVC'.
Or did you already report this problem in OSS ticket? What number?
2) Please create the new<!> thread if you have the questions about the liveCache
This thread is NOT related to the reported by you last problem.
3) Did you see the message 'livecache lock server not accessible' during the restart the liveCache in LC10?
Please create the LEA connection in LC10 -> Integration as it's recommended in the liveCache installation guide, where you could see more info about new LEA connection. Test the connection in /ndb59.
Did you set the SLCA_LCK_SYNCOWNERS report under "Fllw-up Procg" at "Start liveCache" on the "Administration report" tab for the LCA connection in LC10 -> "Integration"?
Thank you and best reagards, Natalia Khlopina
