I read on SAP's webpage that there is a "Retain" pushbutton in all back & forth-capable approval workflows to "temporarily store" the document for processing at a later date. The workitem remains in the approver’s inbox. The changes that have been made are stored in the document. Using the Retain function does not change the status of the document – the document is not locked.
Does anyone know if this is available in Completion workflow(WS14000044) in SRM 5.0??? We are on SRM 4.0 which does not have this functionality as far as I know but it is highly desirable to the business.
