I am trying to do an Exception in my BPM and I am looking the following Example in

Software Component Version :SAP BASIS 6.40

Name Space : http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/Patterns

Name : BpmPatternReqRespTimeOut

Could some one tell me, where can I find the Business Scenario for this example in Help.sap.com
