Barcode printing through smartforms

Hi,

We are using Printronix printer to print Barcode labels.

I have designed a smartform, with all the necessary settings.

The character format for Barcode is also designed and is

attached with the smartform.

The problem is that -> the barcode is not printing, instead it

prints the actual value as it is, eventhough all the character

formats are proper.

Is ther any additional settings to be done?

I have also browsed the printronix website and found a

document.

The problem is not with SAP, I feel that some settings are missing which is not printing the barcode.

Hi Krishnan,

Check whether the barcode is displayed in the print preview, if you get it then the issue is :

We need to add the character format to the printer and install the driver , which will done by the basis team,Hence get in touch with the basis team and ask them to add the format and install the required driver.

In transaction SPAD u can find the the character formats associated with the all printers connected or configured.
