Print Barcodes using SAP Script

Hi Expert,

We have a very old print program RVADOR01(more than 2200 lines) which uses Scripts for printing forms. Now we want to print a Barcode in these Scripts.

In scripts , we can use only System barcodes or we have to buy a hardware(Chip) for printers. There are nearly 500 printers.

Obviously client does not want to buy hardware.

We can not modify the Print program to use Smartforms(As we can print any type of Barcodes in Smartforms) because of the complexity in Print program.

Is there anyway to print the code 128 barcodes in Script , just

by modifying the script only.

You may consider buying some software instead of a hardware - a software that renders barcode graphics based on the data provided in sapscript output - works with any printer - as an addition to saplpd / sapsprint - see notes: 14561, 25344, 5196
