If you mean trusted RFC connection then this can be done via SM59->Extra trusted systems.
In ECC add MI system, in MI system add ECC system and mark your RFC destination then as trusted, eventually check user current user.
The user that uses the trusted RFC connection has to have authorization object S_RFCACL in the system in wants to logon to.
