Hi,

what is header item condition in sales header data. what is header item condition in schedule line data Reward points for helpful answer.Where we can check it?

in cond type details you have tab changes which can be made there you can check weather for that condition type it is checked for header or item .

and header condition will distribute the discount to all items . where as an item condition will be appilicable only for that line item

say for example

header condition - condition type - HD00 , when you enter manually at the header level , this percentage will be distributed to all line items (if you have to 2 line items it will be distributed to those 2 line items).

header conditon types doesnt have access sequence

Item condition - k004 , it gives the percentage to only that line item , it will calculate the percentage on the basis of the line item base price

item condition types have access sequnece , so you need to maintain condition record. ex: PR00, K004, etc

Hi

Header condition means u want to apply the condition value to whole sales order.

ex. You have a 200 Dollar discount coupon and u buy 3 items. Now how this will be allocated to each item. Hence header condition will take value as 200 and then it will get distributed according to the value weightage to the items. Hence header conditions are used when some values are needed to apply at header or header is the base to decide

As far as I know its just Header condition and Item condition both are different, We do not have header item condition.

Header conditions are those which are calculated at header level of a sales document. If suppose we have 2 line items of different quantity, based on the configuration settings in the pricing procedure the header condition will calculate the value... on the 2 line items proportionately....

Hi,

Go to V/06 and against your condition type assigned to your pricing procedure, you can either define this item condition as header or item condition in field " Changes which can be made"

If this condition is marked as a header condition, it is possible to enter the condition type in the header condition screen. Checks for changing the condition manually are unaffected by this.

A Header Condition is one which is inserted on the header of the Document. Header item is one which would then get distributed amoung the items. There can be more than one conditions to distribute. Say freight would be distributed WRT Weight, where as header discount would ditribute wrt net price. The same would apply to sche line condtion data
