Hi Guys,
In solution manager 3.1 ..
1. I would like to create newer Components , assign a user/Distribution list to these components,
so that mail is sent to the user when message is saved under this newly created component
2. Create a new support team .
Seek your help on this ..
Is there any link for getting the Service desk configuration document ?
