Sales between Sales Organisations

Hi Gurus,

Iam working for a software client, they are having 4 Sales Org's like 1000,2000,3000 & 4000.

Customer have given an order for 10000$ to s.org 2000. out of 10000$ , 3000$ work has given to s.org 3000 from s.org 2000.

So how can i map this scenario into SAP.

Hi

I am assuming here that all the sales orgs are of same company code. If this is the case then when the order is entered you can have order for four sales org different.

If the sales orgs are different company code then the billing will differ for each customer and hence you may have intercompany if u have different company code than the customer. Here things will be complicated if all the customers have different company code and ur company code is different. In most of the cases this complications will be still more with procurement plant being some other than the company code.

hi,

this scenario can be planted by defining a plant which is common to both the sales orgainzations.

if such a plant is configured, then inter sales organization sale is possible.

eg. plant 1000 is formed for sales org 1000 and 2000 then this plant can act as a medium between the sales of these two organizations.

Hi,

In this case you will have two different sales area

say 2000 - Distribution Channel - Division

and 3000 - Distribution Channel - Division

Now create two sales orders

1) in 2000 - distribution channel - division for value 7000$

2) in 3000 - distribution channel - division for value 3000$

Hi,

In this Scenario, Customer has given 10000$ work to Only 2000 s.org not 3000 s.org.

The S.org 2000 has given 3000$ work to S.org 3000. in this case the s.org 3000 is working for s.org 2000 not for customer.

So How can v Map it into SAP. Any Inter S.org Sales Scenario is there in SAP.
