Clearing Cache

Hi All,

I'm new to XI.my XI system is too slow.I'm not able to run any transaction...but i hope this is due to Cache problem..can anyone suggest me to how to clear the cache...

hi

go to the runtime workbench

in that select the sxi _cache and in that

select the referesh delta

run transaction SXI_CACHE and do a complete cache refresh,

i did this but it doesn't clear the cache.it shows error that http_communication_fauiler. what i'v to do to resolve this problem

click on XI Runtime cache-----start delta cache

Hi Joe,

just check with your XI Basis guys whether your XI J2EE engine is running properly.......if not, then please do a complete restart of your XI system.........then run SLDCHECK transaction to see if connection to SLD is working fine..........if there is any error here, ask your Basis guys to correct the corresponding RFC..................then run transaction SXI_CACHE and if it showing error, then ask your basis guys to run SMICM and SICF to see all the services are running fine.

and do a delta cache refresh...
