Authorizations for the Front End Distribution Service account?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what are the minimum authorizations for the account under which the SAP Front End Distribution Service runs on the distribution server machine?

Is it possible for this account not to be administrator, because some of our distribution servers are also domain controllers and our security people will not allow this account to be domain admin.
