Solved: SAP Licence for Type of users

Hello,

I just got info from my Boss that we have 100 User Licence for "Professional User" and 50 Licence for "Limited Professional Users" and 2 Licence for "Development Users"

My question is how will SAP determine how many of these do we actually have in our system.

Because in SU01 we don not have any such classification.

Kindly help.

You are supposed to do the licence determination yourself when you do your annual licence reporting.

Your licence agreement with SAP will tell you exactly what each term means as these vary between organisations depending on what you have negotiated with them.
