Customer Master tab page "Contact Person"

Dear All

In the custome master general Data the * contact person tab page * is not appearing, How to make it appears the tab page

contact person, since we need to add the contact person name for that customer.

Please give me the soluation, its very urgent.

Dear Friend,

This is because of the suppressed entry in the account group creation.

Go to TC : OBD2 :

Select your account group and then go to the details in the magnifying options you will find the datails of the sales area ....

In the sales area go to bussiness partner assignment.

Radio it to optional entry......

now create customers...

Hi,

It must not be appearing because u might not have entered the Contact Person details, while creating the customer for the very first time(XD01).

I think, u can maintain the partner determination screen for the partners(VOPA). And make the Contact person tab as Mandatory entry. Will solve the issue, i think.

Hi,

go to Transaction code, OBD2, docuble click on the account group which u have created the master record. Double click on General data tab, click on Contact person and select the entry as required or optional.

Dear Mohammed

Go to OBD2, select the Account Group. Here you will see a tab ""Field Status" and below that three fields will be there. Double click on that and now you have the option to make the field as "Optional" or "Required entry".

hi,

pl go to OBD2 and see if this tab has been hidden.. open it up and next time when you create customer master the tab will be available.

Hi Mohamed,

Go to transaction OB20. Select Create Customer (Centrally) - Click on Details.

Double click on General Data and then on Contact Person.

Now, you could see four radio buttons where you can choose a contact person tab to Supress, Display, Mandatory or an Optional entry.

Choose Req. Entry and then you would be able to view the contact persons tab in the Customers General Data.

Hi,

Maybe you can go to Field Groupings and make it mandatory there.

Go to Cross Application Components - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Field Groupings - and maybe try Configure as per BP type or BP Role as per as your business requirement.
