I'm working on extraction of Standad CRM Objects for reporting Telecom KPI's etc...plz help me with the best way forward.

Further look if the Business COntent are standard SAP business contents, then simply form an RFC connection between the BW(R/3) Server and CRM server.
Transport the objects to CRM Bus Content repository and then activate them for use as required for Object modelling.
You can form Telecom KPI based standard reports like Churn,Profitability etc from such objects..
