How Shipping condition can be changed

+*Scenario:_

3 STO(po) created (wrt one sales order) > 3 Delivery> 3 PGI > 3 GR > 3 IR > then all GR cancellation done> then all GI cancellation done > all Delivery deletion done.*+_

+*Please note that no delivery has been made for the customer wrt sales order yet._*+_

+*How Shipping condition can be changed in the sales order It is in gray mode_*+_

Please check that the sales order line item is not rejected and second if STO deletion helps.

Does anyone know how to change the shipping condition during order entry using condition technique. We have a sales program that requires a specific shipping condition (not the default from the customer master) for a specific customer group/sales doc type. This sounds like condition technique to me but I cannot find anywhere to build this in IMG.

well Std SAP doesnt allow that, may be you can change it in delivery.

But when u change the Shipping Condition in Order - it will redetrmine the Shipping Point and which needs to be mainatined for this new combination.

Well if the business needs it as a must then u need to accomplish it using a code in the user exit MV45AFZZ.
