Need SRM certification documents

Hi!

I'm going to present to the SRM certification this year.

I have got the manual SRM210, but I don't have the manual SRM200, that it's similar to TSRM10, I think.

Has somebody these manuals ?.

I've seen before that Jennifer Bloom has said that in the exam there will be a lot of technical questions, about BAPI, Idoc, ALE, RFC. Is this true ?.

If someone has exam questions, it will be gratified.

In addition, I've been looking at the SRM information in help.sap.com. I don't know if it's enough to know the content here to present to the exam, or it's necessary something more.

Besides, the books of SRM of Jim Stewart: Questions , and other title, are worth, or not ?.
