Dear All,
Will it be possible to reverse the U/D in Q.C.How to do that Pl. tellme in detail with T-Code.
Regards,
Abhay Kale
Hi,
The steps are as follows:
A) for the Semifinised product:
1) reverse the GR of Semifinised against the GR of Production order inMvt type 102.
2) Cancel/Reverse the confirmations of the Semifinised Product Production order.
3) Automatically the Goods Issue 261 Mvt of the Raw material consumed will come to Unrestircted use.
B) For the Raw material:
1) DO the return delivery of the Raw Material and mention in text wrong UD
2) the material will not be seen in stock.
Make Sure the "Posting Date & Document Date" in above reversal T codes is same as the creation Date of the documents.
Hope the Points mentione is clear.

typically you cannot reverse a UD. You may change the UD code, but you cannot undo it.
Employees must be trained to understand that this is a key, critical step in SAP. They mmust be sure of what they are doing.
There is an OSS note you can implement but it is NOT supported by SAP and is not standard SAP.
