can any one explain above command about each switch user ?

If i want to collect statistics for all tables- will the subjected command will work ?

you will get full explanation of each parameters.

as far as if it will do what your want, answer is yes.

Why don't you take a look at the documentation?

Again, read the documentation to know exactly how it works.

The answer is no and yes.

Yes, the command it will work

No, the command will CHECK all the tables that need statistics based on an "algorithm" and then, if needed, it will calculate statistics for the tables.
